Register for Fall Hike at Ledge Creek
Join us at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 17, 2018, to celebrate “National Take a Hike Day.” Bring the family and join us at Ledge Creek Forest Conservation Area trailhead on 3189 Brogden Road for a 2-mile fall guided walk. We will hike through a beautiful hardwood forest to Ledge Creek, and then along the trail to an old farm pond. Learn about the ecology of the area, a bit of the history, the work of Tar River Land Conservancy and our partners to preserve these sites for wildlife habitat, scenic beauty and clean water.
